I left the piece of luggage that had my dress shoes in it at the airport, and needed to buy some shoes for an imminent business meeting. Bianca was very helpful, and even took the shoes I was wearing when I came in to the front desk of the hotel I was staying at, which I felt was an act of extraordinary customer service. I'm very happy with my experience at the store, mostly because of Bianca.

The staff was extremely professional and welcoming. Christian provided excellent service and made the experience seamless, even though I was in a rush. I would also like to thank the lady who assisted me earlier in the morning—unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but she was equally attentive and helpful. Highly recommend visiting this store.
